I've always been drawn to creating something with my hands. Ever since I can remember I've jumped into many different areas of the arts; I found that this helped feed my soul while raising a family and attending to work commitments.
Quite a few years ago I traded in my corporate suits and high heels for my most comfortable shorts and tee and embarked on my art journey starting with Watercolour and Soft Pastels. It was a stop start beginning but I still found that whenever I needed to feed my soul, 'Art' called me back.
My innate desire to keep learning put me on a path with the Milan Art Institute where I continued my education working with Oils, Acrylics and Mixed Media. Since graduating from the institute, I have come to realise that my art voice is the emotional connection we all have with those simple everyday authentic moments.
One of my favourite quotes "Learning never exhausts the mind" - Leonardo da Vinci is so inspiring for me. I'm excited to continue growing my art style with all that life has to offer and hopefully bring it into your life.
