FAQ — SHIPPING ORIGINALS, RETURNS & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

This section helps you understand our policy in simple, friendly language.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

If you live outside Australia, your country may charge:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT
  • brokerage or handling fees

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility.

Why do I have to pay these fees?

Every country has its own import laws. Customs fees are government charges — they are not set or controlled by TM Eaton Arts.

Can you mark my parcel as a gift to avoid customs fees?

No. We must declare all shipments accurately and legally.

What happens if I don’t pay the customs fees?

Your parcel may:

  • be returned to Australia
  • be held indefinitely
  • or be destroyed by customs

No refunds are issued for parcels returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will assess the situation and may offer repair, replacement, or refund.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

No — due to the nature of original artwork and limited‑edition prints, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns.

Why does the artwork look slightly different from the photo?

Screen settings vary between devices. Minor colour differences are normal and not considered faults.

My parcel is delayed — what should I do?

Delays can occur due to postal congestion, weather events, or customs processing. If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.
