2.1 All copyright in the artwork and images displayed on the Site is retained by the artist, Toni‑Maree Eaton. Images must not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used in any form without the artist’s express written permission.

2.2 No part of the Site, including content, images, text, or design, may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3.1 Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended as professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before acting on any information provided.

3.2 We take care to represent artwork accurately. However, variations in colour, tone, or appearance may occur due to differences in screens, devices, or browsers. Such variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for return.

3.3 If you submit content, comments, or feedback (User Content), you acknowledge that such content may be visible to other users and may identify you as the contributor.

5.1 Artwork listed for sale may be withdrawn at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, sale elsewhere, exhibition requirements, or retention for private collection.

5.2 If you purchase physical goods from the Site, our Terms and Conditions of Supply apply to all sales, including shipping, returns, and payment requirements.

6. Security of Data

6.1 We take reasonable steps to protect your order and payment information. Payments are processed through secure external providers. Unless caused by our negligence, we are not liable for unauthorised access to your data by third parties.
